Check Out Manager
The Check Out Manager can be used in various "check-in/check-out" situations, in particular in retail check out areas.
To provide an appropriate prognosis, customers are counted with video sensors in the entrance area and in the check out access area; in addition, the queue directly at the cashier is measured as well. The Check Out Manager uses this information to calculate when a cashier is to be opened or closed and which one at the given time, in 5 minutes, in 15 minutes or in 30 minutes - to prevent long queues or slack periods.
The Check Out supervisor can request this information at any time, either stationary or mobile. Forward-looking opening and closing improves work sequences, smoothes the complete check out management and leads to both customer and employee satisfaction.
Advantages:
- No unnecessarily long waiting times – customer satisfaction
- No slack periods for check out personnel - efficiency
- Coupling with staff planning – targeted deployment of staff
- Information for decision-makers at a glance
- Considerable savings potential
