ShopView MONITOR allows transparent and efficient detection of all possible sources of malfunction.
Automatic checking of all Vitracom components over the network ensures that the results are always reliable and have long-term stability. Costly strategic mistakes caused by inaccurate or faulty data are thus a thing of the past. ShopView MONITOR carries out plausibility checks to ensure that all the results lie Statusmap within the expected range; any deviations are identified automatically. Any changes in a camera, network interruptions and computer failures are recorded immediately.
Permanent monitoring of all hardware and software components detects malfunctions before they can lead to a failure or to incorrect measurement results. In such cases, a report is sent by e-mail or directly to the Vitracom
ticket system, so that the Vitracom support team can begin work on the malfunction. If a system provides inconsistent results, the data is marked and reported accordingly. As a result, the data is reliable and accurate at all times.
