- Execution of documented, manual control counts using remote video monitoring after installation of the device
- Execution of remote monitoring and checking via the network on finding or suspicion of unexpected deviations

Maintenance of settings

- Integration of new locations and location changes in ShopView MONITOR / data hosting, the ticket system and in the monitoring system
- Set-up and maintenance of logins and access authorisations
- Reparameterisation of systems if required after repairs and conversions
- Configuration management: saving all settings from the network and SiteView devices as well as log files and access data in the Vitracom configuration database
