Our experienced technicians carry out the necessary installation work on site in a prompt and professional manner, without disrupting the on-going operation of your business. Our work is planned in an individual and customer-friendly way, in collaboration with the management team at the branch concerned. The network-based support system enables efficient and rapid detection of any faults that occur. Permanent checking of all system conditions, such as hard disk temperature and memory usage, enables malfunctions to be identified before they lead to a system failure.

In such cases, the malfunction is reported to the Vitracom ticket system and is handled in accordance with the relevant service level agreements (SLAs). The malfunction is dealt with promptly and in close collaboration with our partners on site. A specially trained Vitracom team carries out ongoing, documented quality control of the systems to ensure that the analysis is always reliable.
