About us

Knowing instead of guessing

Vitracom is a leading company in the field of people flow analysis. Our sensors anonymously record customer flows in retail stores, at various service providers and other public buildings. The determination of visitor frequency is also increasingly being used to improve security at major events.

People counting forms the basis of the queue and checkout management technology that Vitracom launched in 2010. Retailers, banks and service companies use this technology primarily to increase customer satisfaction. This way they avoid long waiting times that lead to abandoned purchases and minimize customer loyalty to the store. The data obtained in real time, which is clearly prepared for further evaluation using our analysis software, continuously offers reliable information for decision-makers who want to know rather than just guess.

Without major installation effort, the highly precise people counting from a bird's eye view provides a quick overview of the flow of visitors and their length of stay, even in crowded areas and with a high volume of customers. The demographic composition of customer groups is becoming increasingly important, which is why Vitracom also offers gender and age detection. All results are prepared graphically and are available in real time on stationary and mobile devices. Other data sources can also usually be integrated without any problems. The data from the measuring points can be fed into common management information systems.
